What preparation is needed before sticking on the panels?

Three things are needed to prep your stick-on wall panels. First, clean your walls with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Next, you should lay your stick-on panels out on the floor in your desired pattern. Finally, confirm your measurements and cut and panels that are too long.

How do you measure for wall panels?

Measuring for your stick-on wood panels is simple. You only need the length and width of your wall. Our planks are 127mm and 1180mm long. Depending on the size of your wall, and your desired arrangement, you may have to cut your planks down to fit your space.

Are they real wood panels?

Yes! All of our products are sustainably sourced and crafted with real wood. Don’t let the adhesive strips and easy-install fool you – these stick-on wood wall panels are fabricated with meticulous attention to detail and meet the highest quality standards.

Do you need to use adhesive to fit these panels?

The stick-on wood wall sheets come with their own adhesive strips. You don’t need any extra supplies to stick them on – just tools for measuring and cutting.

How do the lights arrive?

The Acupanel® lights come pre-boxed, with all wiring you will need for setup.

Does the kit come with a remote?

The remote is sold separately, but is optional! The lights are compatible with the Smart Life App, which is free to download from the app store.

Why are my lights not switching on?

We recommend testing your LED lights before installing them. If you are experiencing difficulties, please get in touch with our customer care team for further advice.

Do the lights come in longer lengths?

The lights are available in 240cm and 300cm lengths, and can be cut down to fit to size. The LEDs can be cut with good scissors on any copper section and the casing can be cut with a hacksaw.

Are the lights dimmable?

Yes, the LED lights are dimmable!

Will the lights fit all your panels?

The LED lights are designed to fit the standard Acupanel® Acoustic range only.

How do I install the lights?

We recommend using hook and loop strips to install the lights. If you cut the LED lights after purchasing, please note that the warranty will be void and we won’t be able to offer any refunds. However, if you have any questions about the lights before installing them or encounter a defective product, please reach out to our customer service team – we’re here to help!

Can the lights be used in a bathroom or kitchen?

The lights will be okay as long as they are kept away from water and extreme heat sources.

Can the lights be used outside?

The lights are suitable for interior use only.

What do I do if I have plug sockets, windows or other items to install around?

You can cut the lights to the size you require to install around such items.

Do you deliver the lights?

We do! All delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused lights within 30 days after delivery. If you cut the LED lights after purchasing, please note that the warranty will be void and we won’t be able to offer any refunds.
