Please note rug moulting is common over the first 4-6 weeks, moreso with woollen rugs than synthetic. This is a completely normal part of the acclimatisation process, and a light hoovering according to the care and maintenance instructions on the datasheet will help this.

WVH® Luxury Rug Collection FAQ
How do the rugs arrive?
The WVH® Luxury Rugs are delivered fully wrapped to your door, to prevent the rugs being exposed to unwanted water and moisture.
Do the rugs come in larger sizes?
Our luxury rug collection is available in a range of sizes from 120cm by 170cm, to rugs over 300cm in length! We also have a selection of runner-style rugs available, in select styles.
How do I install the rugs?
The rugs are simple to fit in your space. Simply unwrap the rug from the packaing, and unroll in your space. If the corners are turning up where the rug has been rolled, you can re-roll the rug up in the opposite direction to quickly flatten the sides.
Do you produce custom sizes?
We do not currently offer the rugs in custom sizes.
Can the rugs be used in a bathroom or kitchen?
A selection of our rugs are suitable for use in kitchens and low-moisture bathrooms. As each rug in our collection is made from a different material, we recommend referring to individual rug technical sheets to assess suitability, to prevent damage.
Can any of the rugs be used outside?
The WVH® Luxury Rug collection is designed for interior use only.
On which surfaces can I lay the rugs?
You can lay the rugs out on any interior floor surface, providing it is dry. Some rugs perform better in high-traffic areas than others, so we recommend referring to individual rug technical sheets to assess suitablility and the maintenance required in high-traffic areas to keep your rug looking brand-new.
Do the colours of the pictures look like the rugs in real life?
Many of our rugs are hand-woven with natural fibres, so there may be some colour variations from time to time. If you receive your rug, and are not happy with the colour, please send an image to our customer care team, who can assist you further.
I have allergies, will a rug make them worse?
Of course not! If you are concerned that a rug may aggravate your allergies, we recommend opting for a machine made, polypropelene rug.
Can I use the rugs with underfloor heating?
We don't recommend using rugs with underfloor heating, as this can cause discolouration of the floor underneath the rug.
Can I hide wires under the rugs?
You certainly can! Please note that thicker wires can cause a bump in the rug, and can pose a trip hazard running the wire around the rug may be preferable.
How do I clean the rugs?
Each rug in the collection has different cleaning instructions, depending on the materials used. Please refer to the label on the back of the rug, and the technical datasheet for more in-depth cleaning instructions.
Do you deliver the rugs?
We do, and we offer free delivery to mainland UK for the WVH® Rug collection!
What is your return policy?
You can return unused rugs within 30 days after delivery. A restocking fee will be charged to cover the collection, cleaning and repackaging of any returned rugs.
