The Acupanel® Glow Beam is cordless. No need to plug into an outlet. It's rechargable by USB-C and can be quickly removed from the magnetic base for easy charging.

The brightest setting on this light is 320 lumens, and a desk lamp is typically 500-800 lumens to be considered a comfortable reading light. However, it can be quickly removed from the base to use as a handheld light source as desired.

While the Beam may not be suitable as the primary light source for larger spaces, it's ideal for accent lighting, or creating a cozy ambiance in smaller areas.

The Acupanel® Glow Beam light measures 2.95" in diameter.

The Acupanel® Glow Beam is only available in one size.

Acupanel® Glow Beam has three temperature settings: Warm (2700K), Natural (4000K), and Cool (5700K). To change the color temperature of the light, long press the power button for two second to start cycling through the Cool, Natural and Warm light settings.

Acupanel® Glow Beam has three light settings. Simply tap the back of the LED unit to toggle between the low, medium, and high brightness settings.

The Acupanel® Beam light is not compatible with a remote.

The Acupanel® Beam is not Wi-Fi compatible and cannot be controlled with a smart device or home system.

Simply remove the LED head from the magnetic ball bearing, and use the provided USB to USB-C cable to charge the unit. When charging, a small red light appears next to the charging port, and once fully charges, this turns green.

The Acupanel® Glow Beam takes approximately 4-5 hours to charge fully.

Because the USB-C charging port is next to the magnetic mounting point, the light needs to be removed from the base to charge. The light can be on while charging, as long as it has enough power.

Do not use a charger with more than 5V. A phone charger is recommended. A charger for a laptop or tablet contains more voltage than needed.

A single charge can last up to 20 hours. The time varies depending on the brightness of the light, and the color tone selected. Run time times are approximate: 20 hours on low, 8 hours on medium, and 5 hours on high.

You can! To access the Memory function and retain your preferred lighting settings, turn the light on for 30 seconds, and then immediately switch it off. Power it back on, and your preferred settings will have saved.

Installation is quick and easy! The Acupanel® Glow Beam is designed to fit between the slats of our Acupanel® Acoustic, Luxe, and Elegance ranges. Simply screw the base into the gap between the slats, and attach the LED lighting unit to the magnetic ball bearing. Please see our installation guide here for all details on setup.

The Acupanel® Glow Beam base is designed to fit between the slats of most of our panels, but can be installed on the slat itself. We recommend using longer screws than what we provide, to ensure the screw goes through the slat and the wall for the most secure fit.'

You can! Once screwed in, the Acupanel® Glow Beam base does not need to be moved, providing a fixed location for the light to attach too.'

Yes! The Beam is designed to fit between the panels slats, but it can also be installed onto a wall with the provided screws.

The Acupanel® Glow Beam is designed for interior use only.

The Acupanel® Glow Beam can be installed in a kitchen or bathroom, but must be installed away from water, heavy steam, and extreme heat sources.

The Acupanel® Beam comes with one Beam light, magnetic base, USB-A to USB-C cable, 3 screws, and 3 drywall anchors. A USB wall charger is not included. Please see our installation guide here for all details on setup.
