Three things are needed to prep your stick-on wall panels. First, clean your walls with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Next, you should lay your stick-on panels out on the floor in your desired pattern. Finally, confirm your measurements and cut and panels that are too long.

How do you measure for wall panels?

Measuring for your stick-on wood panels is simple. You only need the length and width of your wall. Our planks are 127mm and 1180mm long. Depending on the size of your wall, and your desired arrangement, you may have to cut your planks down to fit your space.

Are they real wood panels?

Yes! All of our products are sustainably sourced and crafted with real wood. Don’t let the adhesive strips and easy-install fool you – these stick-on wood wall panels are fabricated with meticulous attention to detail and meet the highest quality standards.

Do you need to use adhesive to fit these panels?

The stick-on wood wall sheets come with their own adhesive strips. You don’t need any extra supplies to stick them on – just tools for measuring and cutting.

The WX210 Reed and WX211 Flute are from Orac's 100% biocircular 3D Wall Panel range. These panels are made from only bio-based raw materials, from post-consumer and post-industrial waste. With any purchased raw materials coming in with ISCC certification, you can rest easy knowing your new panelling is playing a part in reducing raw material waste.

Flute is part of the 3D Wall Covering collection. Release your creativity and design a unique work of art that is a perfect fit for you and your interior. Play around with various shapes and use fun colour accents as a finishing touch. Due to the material used, we recommend when painting the WX profiles, to use a water-based paint, to prevent any design distortions.

We also offer the Flute in a flexible form! The flexibility of these panels allows them to be used around curved columns and bar fronts, whilst still providing great acoustic and thermal properties.

What is the lifetime of the adhesive?

Twelve months after production, the expiring date is on the packaging.

What classification do our Orac standard products have?

Fire standard E. This means the product can burn, will continue burning and will not automatically stop burning. Please get in touch to find out more about the fire-rated products we do offer.

What is the maximum heat resistance of Orac products?

70°C (158°F)

Can Orac products be treated with fire retardant paint?

Orac products can be protected with fire retardant paint. Many types of fire retardant paints exist and can be used, e.g. the fire retardant paint AL20 (Aithon).

Do Orac products have positive acoustic effects?

Orac 3D Wall Covering absorbs up to 25% of a conversation. They are also acoustically complimentary with most other usual building materials. In other words, the Orac profiles are a great way to optimize the sound balance in your room and eliminate echoes.

Do Orac products have positive thermal insulating effects?

Using materials with high insulating properties ensures that our 3D Wall Covering profiles have a similar insulating effect as a standard insulating board of the same thickness. The installation of our profiles, therefore, not only provides an aesthetic upgrade to your space but will also help stabilize the temperatures within.

Can everyone install Orac products?

Are Orac products easy to paint over?

Yes, since all products have a matt primed surface. They have to be finished with a final coat of paint. Due to the material used, we recommend when painting the WX profiles, to use a water-based paint, to prevent any design distortions.

Can you also place Orac products on painted surfaces?

Yes, you can. However, the paint must have a clean, dry and non-greasy surface. The paint adhesion must be good. It is essential to always sand off any remaining dirt and loose paint.

Can Orac products be applied on wallpaper?

It is best to remove the wallpaper before you install the Orac Decor® products.
