What is Peel & Stick?
Peel & Stick or Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) is our new product designed with ease of use in mind. The ultra flexible veneer is bonded to paper backing which when peeled off will provide a strong adhesive which will stick to any flat surface. It is easy to cut down to any required size or shape and the veneers thin structure gives the flexibility to the sheet which allows it mould around curves and other tricky orientations. This makes Peel & Stick a popular choice for all projects simple to complex.
Being a natural product the colour may slightly differ from the picture shown and please note that this product comes unfinished and unsanded meaning that any stain, varnish or any other finish you may want can be applied straight away without the need of sanding.

Veneer arrived within 4 days as promised. This was my first time using a large piece of veneer (80 x 38cm) to repair the top of a chest of draws. After reading about the various methods of how to fix the veneer I decided on peel and stick adhesive veneer. Mainly because of concern about adhesive squeeze out at the edges. The damaged veneer was sanded off and three coats of satin varnish applied and left to dry. New veneer was cut to size with a 5mm overlap and carefully laid down and rubbed with a roller all over and then left over night with a heavy weight on it. The veneer was trimmed and sanded the following day and over the next few days coated with 8 coats of Danish oil. Result looks good and the veneer is gradually blending in with the original. All in all for an amateur the repair worked well and looks good. I made the right choice.
All in all a good product easy to use although a bit on the pricy side. It would be good if The Veneer Hub sold half lengths it could be a good marketing move.
